Throughout my career as a DJ, I met incredible women in the industry who were talented, driven, and passionate—but often working in isolation. There wasn't one place where women DJs could easily connect, build relationships, share knowledge, or create opportunities together.
Her Aura was created to change that. What began as a simple idea has grown into a community focused on helping women DJs build meaningful careers through connection, collaboration, education, and opportunity.

Meet the Founder
Milan Bolar is a professional DJ, entrepreneur, and community builder with more than 10 years of experience performing at weddings, corporate events, festivals, fashion shows, brand activations, and private events. Throughout her career, she's had the opportunity to work with nationally recognized brands, travel through music, and witness firsthand the impact that strong relationships can have on a creative career.
Inspired by those experiences, Milan founded Her Aura to create a professional network where women DJs can connect, collaborate, gain visibility, and build lasting careers. Her mission is to create more opportunities for women in the industry while fostering a culture rooted in support, excellence, and community.
Her vision is simple: to make Her Aura the world's leading professional network for women DJs and a place where talent is celebrated, careers are elevated, and meaningful connections lead to lasting opportunities.
